Job summary

Atlas MedStaff is seeking a Travel Registered Nurse (RN) to support the CVOR in Urbana, Illinois. The role involves prepping the OR suite, organizing supplies, equipment, medications, and procedural needs, and assisting patient flow from pre-procedure staging to transfer to the OR table.

During cases, you will assist the surgical team with supplies, medications, specimens, blood needs, dressings, and other time-sensitive items, while adhering to unit standards and documentation.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• CVOR or perioperative experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced OR environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the OR suite with supplies, equipment and medications.
• Support patient flow from pre-procedure staging through transfer to the OR table.
• Perform patient identification checks and assist with safety timeouts at key points.
