Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN CVOR for a travel nursing job in Wichita, Kansas. This assignment is 13 weeks, 40 hours weekly, with 10-hour days in the CVOR.

As a CVOR RN, you will circulate for cardiothoracic surgeries, provide critical care in a fast-paced environment, and coordinate with physicians and staff. ACLS/BLS required; 1 year acute care experience; travel RN benefits apply.

Qualifications

• ACLS and BLS certifications required; 1 year of acute care experience preferred.
• Travel assignment requires adaptability to cardiothoracic operating room setting.
• Additional certifications may be required before starting.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional CVOR care as circulating RN for cardiothoracic procedures.
• Assist physicians and maintain aseptic techniques in the OR.
• Monitor vitals, administer medications, and coordinate equipment and specimens.
• Support the team before, during, and after procedures.
