Wesley Medical Center, part of HCA Healthcare, is seeking a Registered Nurse CVOR PRN to support our operating room team in Wichita, Kansas. You will evaluate patients before surgery, educate families, and ensure safe perioperative care within a dynamic interdisciplinary setting.

Qualifications

• BLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• RN licensure/certification must be active.
• Registered Nurse Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients prior to surgery.
• Provide patient and family education about the procedure and peri-operative process.
• Prepare patients including IV therapy and preoperative medications.
• Participate in surgical site verification and universal protocols.
• Recognize and respond to patient emergencies.
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care with evidence-based practices.
