Job summary

Med Career Solutions is seeking an RN CVOR in Webster, TX for full-time days with on-call as needed. The role involves maintaining sterile technique, prepping patients, and ensuring proper timeout procedures with the perioperative team.

Required RN license in Texas, BLS/ACLS, and 1+ year CVOR experience preferred. Cross-training opportunities available; benefits and relocation considered on a case-by-case basis.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing is required.
• BSN is preferred.
• Current Registered Nurse License in Texas or Multi-State Compact license.
• Current BLS and ACLS Certification are required.
• CNOR is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain sterile field and assist in procedures with aseptic technique.
• Prep areas for different procedures and ensure correct prep.
• Perform preoperative patient assessment and confirm informed consent and timeout.
• Demonstrate teamwork and support perioperative services.
• Deliver quality nursing care and promote a positive image of nursing.
