Job summary

Mercy is seeking a CVOR Registered Nurse (RN) to join our cardiovascular operating room team. This full-time day-shift position requires call and offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus.

The CVOR supports both cardiothoracic and vascular surgeries across six operating rooms, including a hybrid OR and peripheral vascular lab. Ideal candidates have 1+ year of RN experience and Missouri RN licensure, with BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Strongly prefer one year of RN experience.
• Nursing degree from an accredited school.
• Current Missouri RN license.
• BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care for the assigned patients.
• Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers.
• Coordinates patient care in conjunction with other departments.
