Mercy’s CVOR team seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to support cardiothoracic and vascular procedures in a Level I STEMI and Trauma Center. This full-time day shift requires call duties, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus and comprehensive training in circulating and scrub roles.

Qualifications

• Strongly prefer one year of RN experience.
• Nursing degree from an accredited school.
• Current Missouri RN license.
• BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care using the Mercy Nursing Conceptual Framework and nursing process.
• Coordinates patient care with surgical team and other departments.
• Maintains patient rights and confidentiality; upholds Mercy Service Standards.
