Job summary

Baptist Health Louisville is seeking highly trained Cardiovascular Surgical Technologists to join our CVOR team. You will support complex procedures alongside cardiovascular surgeons and multidisciplinary staff in state-of-the-art CVOR suites.

Applicants should have completed a vocational or military surgical technologist training program, be certified in Surgical Technology, and have CVOR experience; one year preferred. We offer competitive wages, benefits, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• CVOR experience in cardiovascular surgical services.
• Completion of a vocational or military surgical technologist program.
• Certification in Surgical Technology.

Responsibilities

• Assist in CVOR procedures alongside cardiovascular surgeons.
• Support operations for CABG, valve repair/replacement, TAVR and other complex surgeries.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff to ensure patient safety and sterility.
