Qualifications

• BSN required for RN role.
• Current State of Illinois RN license required.
• BLS certification.
• Strong interpersonal skills and collaboration abilities.
• Willingness to pursue BSN within three years if ADN holder.

Responsibilities

• Performs a comprehensive assessment on all assigned patients; completes documentation.
• Communicates changes in patient’s condition promptly.
• Uses nursing diagnosis and assessment data to set measurable goals in the care plan; updates plan as needed.
• Identifies and prioritizes patient needs and/or nursing diagnoses and documents.
• Collaborates with patient, family, and health care team for discharge planning and referrals.
