Job summary

Southcoast Health is seeking an EXPERIENCED RN for the CVICU unit in Fall River, MA, to support the Award-Winning Cardiac Surgery program. Night shift is 7:15pm–7:15am with weekend and holiday rotation.

You will work with the Catheter Lab and Cardiac Surgery Departments, delivering patient-centered nursing care with nurse-driven protocols and strong team collaboration. Experience in critical care is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current RN Licensure in Massachusetts.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Critical Care RN experience preferred.
• Fully vaccinated against influenza and the COVID-19 virus or exempt by signing a statement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate total nursing care for patients.
• Participate in patient and family teaching.
• Provide leadership by cooperating with the nursing team and other patient care staff.
• Care based on age-appropriate standards for patients.
