Job summary

Advocate Health in Milwaukee, WI seeks a Registered Nurse for the CVICU Day/Night Rotation. This role supports a high-acuity ICU with 7T beds, handling care after open heart surgery and complex cardiovascular procedures.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. You will work in a 30-bed ICU, participate in fast-paced clinical rounds, and contribute to educational initiatives and research to advance cardiac care.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification.
• 1 yr RN experience in acute inpatient setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process.
• Deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with standards, policies, and procedures.
