Job summary

CCMC Camden Clark Medical Center seeks an inpatient Registered Nurse Level I to deliver care within the nursing process, applying clinical knowledge and independent judgment. Provides care in an inpatient setting, with a focus on evidence-based practice and patient education.

Role requires adaptability, strong communication, and commitment to quality nursing. 36-hour weekly schedule; 7p-7a shifts with every-3rd weekend commitments.

Qualifications

• Current RN license issued by the state where services will be provided.
• Obtain Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.
• 1 year of registered nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Modifies patient’s plan of care based on data collection and patient needs.
• Uses Evidence-Based Practice to provide patient care.
• Delegates according to scope of practice.
• Verifies the plan of care with interprofessional colleagues, patient, and caregiver(s).
• Provides education based on learning needs and involvement of family.
• Promotes effective communication among interprofessional team members and patients.
