Clear Concepts, Inc. in Great Falls, MT, is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) on a full-time, on-site basis.

The role requires leadership in a high-acuity CVICU with advanced monitoring and life-support equipment, including CRRT and cardiac devices. The successful candidate will have an accredited nursing degree, Montana RN licensure, BLS/ACLS, and prefer CVICU experience.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited nursing program with active Montana RN license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications; PALS within 6 months.
• 1–2 years CVICU or cardiac ICU experience preferred.
• Experience with Impella, IABP, and CRRT is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical care for cardiac surgery and cardiovascular patients with advanced physiological monitoring.
• Operate ventilators, central/arterial lines, and multiple titration IV pumps.
• Monitor patients using cardiac assist devices such as IABP and Impella.
• Serve as a clinical leader on the floor and mentor RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
• Collaborate with Providers and discharge planning; document outcomes accurately.
