Job summary

Lee Health HealthPark Medical Center in Fort Myers, FL seeks an experienced RN for the Cardiovascular ICU. You will deliver nursing care using the nursing process, document findings and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes.

Requirements include Florida RN licensure, BLS and ACLS, and 2+ years in CVICU. Full-time, Day shift 7:00 AM–7:30 PM. Education: Associate or Bachelor’s preferred. Salary range shown: $33.37–$45.05 per hour with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with Florida RN license.
• Two or more years of Cardiovascular ICU experience.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; additional specialty certs encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Document care accurately and adhere to ANA standards and Florida Nurse Practice Act.
• Support quality care delivery and ongoing performance improvement initiatives.
