Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients recovering from complex cardiac procedures.
• Monitor vital signs and cardiac rhythms and respond rapidly to changes in patient condition.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary staff to develop, implement, and evaluate care plans.
• Administer medications, manage life-sustaining equipment, and document interventions.
• Deliver patient and family education and support through recovery.
