Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Nursing is required.
• Current Michigan CNS certification and RN license are required.
• 3–5 years of RN experience in a clinical setting; CVICU RN preferred.
• 1–2 years CNS RN experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and clinical expertise within CNS scope to improve patient care.
• Serve as a mentor, educator and consultant to nursing staff.
• Collaborate with Nursing Administration to assure standards, orientation and education.
• Lead system improvements and contribute to practice advancement in CVICU.
