Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior manufacturing, industrial, maintenance, or skilled trades experience is helpful but not required.
• Must follow detailed procedures and maintain safety discipline.

Responsibilities

• Learn to operate, monitor, and maintain CVD production equipment and systems.
• Perform production tasks independently after training and signoffs.
• Safely operate furnaces and support systems per procedures.
• Log operating data and report abnormal conditions accurately.
• Participate in process safety and hazardous materials procedures.
• Work rotating 12-hour shifts in a 24/7 facility.
