Qualifications

• Expertise in CVD physics and materials science of thin films.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in related semiconductor roles.
• Hands-on fab metrology, recipe development, lot execution, materials analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of CVD and related processes for new films and modules.
• Drive technology prototypes, tools, and process releases to production with cross‑functional collaboration.
• Apply hands‑on expertise in tools, recipes, fab processing, and technology qualification.
