Job summary

Marmon Utility LLC operates a CV extrusion line in Milford, NH, seeking an operator to run CV3, including the Aluminum draw Block Machine and Ultrasonic Washer. You will handle pay-off and take-up, manage tooling, and ensure on-spec production with careful material handling and safety.

You will monitor material flow, use a conductor welder, and work with forklift equipment, while maintaining quality records and supporting continuous improvement initiatives in a team environment.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Lift 25–50 pounds from floor to chest.
• Maneuver up to a 96" reel and climb stairs to CV workstation.
• Use handheld measuring devices to ensure spec compliance.

Responsibilities

• Operate CV extruder line and related equipment to meet specs with minimal scrap.
• Set up pay-off, take-up, dies, and tooling for specified gauges/sizes.
• Monitor raw material supply to sustain continuous operation.
• Utilize conductor welder and forklift for line operation and material handling.
• Record product data and line quality information for Hendrix/SLPs.
• Collaborate with CV team on corrective actions and continuous improvement.
• Support ISO certification efforts and adhere to system procedures.
