Job summary

Great Bay Staffing Group is seeking a Cardiovascular Anesthesiologist to join our established cardiothoracic anesthesia team in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This full-time role offers a strong compensation package: $700,000 base salary (1099) with potential earnings up to $750,000 and 10 weeks of time off each year.

Responsibilities include anesthesia for complex cardiac and thoracic procedures, CABG and valve surgeries, TEE, and TAVR, with collaboration among surgeons, cardiologists, and CRNAs.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology.
• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of accredited Anesthesiology residency program.
• Echocardiography certification required.
• Cardiothoracic Anesthesiology fellowship training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer cardiovascular anesthesia for complex cardiac and thoracic procedures.
• Perform anesthesia for CABG surgeries.
• Provide anesthesia for heart valve replacement and repair procedures.
• Conduct TEE examinations during cardiac cases.
• Deliver anesthesia for TAVR procedures.
• Collaborate with cardiac surgeons, cardiologists, and the care team.
• Provide anesthesia coverage for select main OR cases as needed.
• Work with experienced cardiac and general anesthesiologists and CRNAs.
• Participate in a team-based cardiovascular anesthesia practice model.

We are seeking a skilled Cardiovascular Anesthesiologist to join our established cardiothoracic anesthesia practice in the Tulsa, Oklahoma region. This full-time position offers an exceptional compensation package of $700,000 annual 1099 base salary with potential earnings up to $750,000, combined with an outstanding 10 weeks of time off each year. Job Responsibilities

• Administer cardiovascular anesthesia for complex cardiac and thoracic surgical procedures
• Perform anesthesia for coronary artery bypass graft (CABG) surgeries
• Provide anesthesia care for heart valve replacement and repair procedures
• Conduct transesophageal echocardiography (TEE) examinations during cardiac cases
• Deliver anesthesia for transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR) procedures
• Collaborate with cardiac surgeons, cardiologists, and the cardiothoracic care team
• Provide anesthesia coverage for select main operating room cases as needed
• Work alongside experienced cardiac anesthesiologists, general anesthesiologists, and certified registered nurse anesthetists (CRNAs)
• Participate in a team-based cardiovascular anesthesia practice model

Job Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology (required)
• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• Completion of accredited Anesthesiology residency program
• Echocardiography certification (required)
• Cardiothoracic Anesthesiology Fellowship training (preferred but not required)
• Eligible for Oklahoma medical license or currently licensed in Oklahoma
• Strong clinical skills in cardiovascular and thoracic anesthesia
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Commitment to patient safety and quality outcomes
