Your Task
- Support of suppliers
- Coordinating requests from specialist departments with delivery options
- Disposition and processing of requirements
- Creating and sending inquiries and orders
- Preparing quotations and comparing offers
- Negotiating, renegotiating with suppliers according to targets on conditions (quantities, prices, deadlines) within a defined financial framework
- Processing order confirmations and coordinating deviations
- Managing and processing documents relating to goods
- Monitoring delivery dates and making complaints if necessary
- Creation of order calculations Maintenance of costing data
- Duration of training: 3 years
- Vacation: 28 days
