Job summary

4over is seeking a Cutter Operator II for 1st shift in Arlington, TX. You will set up and safely operate cutting equipment to prepare products meeting customer specs, under company policies.

Pay ranges from $17.00 to $19.00 per hour, with training and shift variations as needed. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and collaboration with the production team to ensure timely, accurate output.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalency.
• Six months – one year of related experience with Polar or Saber cutting machines in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the batching system to complete assignments.
• Identify priority jobs to be completed.
• Review job tickets and plan work processes to meet customer specifications for custom jobs.
• Collaborate with side cutter operators by communicating and inspecting order types.
• Troubleshoot machines and notify production management as needed.
• Set up job assignment specifications and run product after supervisor approval.
