Job summary

Staffmark is hiring a Cutter Machine Operator for Cincinnati, OH on a direct hire basis. Earn $18.00–$22.00 per hour and join a fast-paced manufacturing team.

You will operate guillotine and die-cutting equipment, read tape measures, perform routine maintenance, and ensure quality and safety while meeting production schedules. High school diploma or GED required; prior experience with paper cutters or similar equipment preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience operating commercial paper cutters, bindery or printing equipment preferred.
• Must be proficient in reading a tape measure.
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, fractions and decimals.

Responsibilities

• Operate guillotine and die-cutting equipment safely and accurately.
• Cut printed paper and plastic materials to specification within tight tolerances.
• Support production in Offset Print and Large Format departments.
• Perform routine operator-level maintenance on equipment.
• Inspect finished materials for quality and accuracy.
• Maintain productivity standards and production schedules.
• Follow all safety and quality procedures.

As a Cutter Machine Operator you will operate, monitor, adjust, and maintain manufacturing equipment to produce quality products according to production schedules and established procedures.
