AESCULAP INC. is seeking a Customer Support Representative I in Allentown, PA. This hybrid role supports order entry, customer inquiries, and shipment coordination.

Qualifications include a high school diploma and 2+ years of related experience; call center experience is a plus. On-site schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:30am–6:00pm, with benefits including healthcare, a 401(k), and tuition reimbursement.

In this role, you will have the chance to:

• Enters orders placed by customers, answer/research customer inquiries, track orders through SAP, communicate problems/information between sales representatives, manufacturing personnel and customer. Extremely important as the majority of our products are made to order and are not stocked in finished goods inventory.
• Generates deliveries and coordinate with the warehouse on shipments as large orders need to be palletized and planned accordingly.
• Interacts with external and internal customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services.
• Manages the more complex territories.
• May solicit sale of new products.

The job function listed is not exhaustive and shall also include any responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor from time to time.

This role is onsite Monday- Friday 9:30am to 6:00pm

• High school diploma/G.E.D or equivalent required, Associate's or technical degree preferred.
• 2+ years related experience required.
• Regular and predictable on-site attendance
• Assignments are routine and repetitious in nature. Work performed within narrowly defined parameters. Follows established procedures and guidelines.
• Works under direct supervision and from detailed verbal and/or written instructions. Uses established procedures to accomplish assigned task.
• May require some limited judgement in resolving problems.
• Contacts are primarily with department supervisors, leads, subordinates, and peers. Occasional contact with external contractors/vendors.
• Call Center expereince is a plus.
