The Customer Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for driving efficiency and productivity within the field service organization while delivering positive customer experience. This position reports to Customer Technical Support Supervisor, is part of the Customer Technical Support Team, and will be fully ONSITE at our facility in Indianapolis, IN.

In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To

• Provide key entry point for technical phone assistance for our customers and encompasses the following important work initiatives
• Respond to customer calls, assessing customer’s requirements and determining the most cost-effective solution(s) to the customer’s problems.
• The incumbent provides general technical consult distinguishing among hardware, software, application and /or customer training issues in order to provide a phone‑fixable solution or dispatch a task with the appropriate resource

The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include

• Associate’s degree in Electronics or Biomedical and 1+ years experience in a laboratory environment OR biomedical or medical instrument operation
• 2+ years of customer service experience
• 2+ years of remote troubleshooting

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Knowledge of Oracle/Service Max or similar SMS.

The hourly range for this role is $30.00-$35.00 per hour. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
