Job Role: Customer Care Executive (Permanent Work From Home)

Job Type: Full-time

About the Role:

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Care Executives. As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via inbound and outbound calls and handle escalation cases.

Responsibilities:

- Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues via call.

- Providing product/service information to customers.

- Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction targets.

- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.

- Collaborating with team members to achieve team goals.

Requirements:

- Both Graduate and Undergraduate can apply.

- Should be able to fluently speak and write in English and Kannada.

- Should having minimum 6 months experience in a domestic premium contact center as a customer service executive.

- System requirement

  • Windows 10 and above
  • Ram 8 GB and above
  • Processor i5 and above
  • Webcam
  • USB Headset
  • Wifi/Broadband
  • Power backup

Shifts:

Rotational shift including night shift

Any 9 hour during 24x7

6 working days with 1 rotational week off


Salary :

CTC 21K

In hand 16k
