Digital Extremes is hiring a Japanese Customer Support Specialist to assist players in Japanese. You will resolve issues via support platforms and forums, acting as the game’s representative in online communities and collaborating with teams to relay trends and insights.
The role requires 1–2 years in a help desk or technical support environment, strong gaming knowledge, and excellent communication in Japanese and English. Remote and on-site options may apply depending on project needs.
The Japanese Customer Support Specialist will take the initiative to do everything possible to ensure that every player is beyond satisfied. The incumbent will possess strong organizational and multitasking skills combined with a good technical understanding and the ability to learn new tech tools quickly.
