Always Food Safe is seeking a full-time Customer Support Representative to respond to customer inquiries and assist with sales support. This team-focused role requires effective communication with internal colleagues and external vendors to build relationships and ensure excellent service.

The position offers 40 hours weekly, Mon–Fri, with compensation between $50,000 and $55,000 plus a 5% annual bonus based on performance.

Qualifications

• Two-year associate degree in communications, business, or a related field (preferred).
• Two years of experience in customer service supporting digital products.
• Excellent listening, communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with CRM systems; Salesforce experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.

Responsabilités

• Answer calls, assist with order placement, and resolve queries promptly.
• Troubleshoot issues by asking clarifying questions.
• Maintain logs and records related to the position.
• Guide customers through product offerings and promotions.
• Analyze customer needs and suggest matching products or plans.
• Facilitate sales of products and services as appropriate.
• Input data into Salesforce to track potential customers.
• Communicate with external partners and internal teams.
• Assist in translation and accreditation projects as needed.
