Overview
Customer Support Representative (In-Person). The bilingual customer service representative provides customer service assistance to English- and Spanish-speaking customers and reports to the customer service manager.
Responsibilities
- Networking with the various departments at client sites to promote a customer-driven, service-oriented approach of doing business
- Acting as the conduit of communication between us and a client, ensuring that technical, quality and operations teams address client needs competently and timely
- Handling all transactional aspects of each client relationship, including normal incoming orders and emergencies such as new product launches
- Working closely with the sales team to coordinate business development efforts by alerting sales representatives about opportunities and potential pitfalls in transactions
- Monitoring incoming business volume to ensure that volume expectations are met
- Ensuring that operations, quality and technical teams have the proper specifications to produce every client order
- Providing customer service assistance to English- and Spanish-speaking customers (bilingual role) 
Requirements
- Locations: Sanford, NC and Clifton, NJ; candidates must be within commuting distance from one of these locations
- Some travel time required, both local and air travel
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills; proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Salesforce familiarity is a plus
- Customer support experience in business-to-business settings and a college degree is strongly preferred
- Bilingual – Spanish and English
