What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  • Maintain accurate records and generate reports on order status and performance
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in order processing, customer service, or a related administrative role
  • Extensive experience with order management systems (OMS), CRM software, and ERP tools
  • Strong organizational and communication skills for effective interaction with customers and teams
