A growing service provider in Brooklyn is looking for a Customer Support Representative-II. This role requires excellent verbal communication and attention to detail while working primarily from home during EST hours. The ideal candidate will adapt to changing circumstances and support quality management in Corporate and Catering programs. Bilingual candidates and those familiar with Slack are preferred. A commitment to weekend availability is essential, and this position is expected to last over 4 months.

Remote: (RE, USA, CT, NYC METRO)
Schedule: Would prefer someone to work Wed - Sun, 40 hours a week (weekend availability is 100% required). EST hours/time zone
