The Role

As a Bilingual Customer Support Operator at Invisible, you will play a crucial role in our client’s success by providing support to customers and drivers via live calls. You will work closely with our client on their call processes while delivering outstanding customer service.

System Requirements

  • 20 Mbps download, 5 Mbps upload internet speed
  • Dual-core processor with hyper-threading
  • 8GB RAM
  • Microphone with clear audio
  • Backup power supply (UPS) if power outages occur in your area

Role Requirements

  • Fluency in spoken and written English
  • Fluency in spoken and written Cantonese and English
  • Availability to work any day from Sunday to Saturday

Responsibilities

  • Documentation: Record notes and vital information from customer and driver interactions.

Compensation
