Job summary

You will learn and use ERP, CRM, and case management tools, ensure data accuracy, manage cases from contact to resolution, and contribute to a positive customer experience with reliable attendance and punctuality.

  • Ability to quickly learn and navigate proprietary software systems.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone presence.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, providing support via phone, live chat, email, and other channels.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to quotes, orders, product questions, pricing, and account support.
  • Accurately enter, update, and manage customer orders and modifications, ensuring data accuracy and adherence to internal processes.
  • Learn and proficiently use software systems including ERP, CRM, and case management tools to support customer needs.
  • Manage customer cases from initial contact through resolution, maintaining clear communication and follow-up.

As a Customer Support Associate, you will be part of the Customer Service Department supporting the Customer Support team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a customer-first mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Rate: $18

Shift: Monday - Friday 8:30AM-5PM
