The main responsibility of the Order Management Specialist is to ensure a high level of Professional Customer Service to Ruiz Foods customers, brokers, and internal team members. Facilitation of customer requests and orders via EDI following established SOP protocols. Build relationships with a depth of understanding Customer expectations ensuring timely execution of the order fulfillment functions for assigned Customers and Sales regions. Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives to bring solutions to Customers including internal processes. Escalate customer issues appropriately within the organization for a timely satisfactory resolution. Collaborate closely with cross functional teams to ensure flawless Customer Supply Chain Logistics execution.
COMPENSATION: $27-32/Hour DOE
