Job summary

Lactalis USA is seeking a Customer Supply Chain Coordinator to manage the full order-to-cash cycle for assigned accounts. You will coordinate order fulfillment, invoicing, and data integrity across sales, brokers, distributors and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.

The role requires strong communication, collaboration across functions, and problem-solving skills. OTCP and ERP experience, especially SAP, are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• 1+ years of supply chain experience in a customer service environment.
• Strong communication and inter-personal skills; ability to collaborate across functions.
• Demonstrated strengths in critical thinking, problem solving, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.
• ERP experience, preferably SAP.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end order-to-cash activities for assigned accounts.
• Own ordering, fulfillment and invoicing with ERP/manual data inputs.
• Collaborate between sales, customers, brokers, and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Provide proactive communication on late deliveries, order changes, and stock issues.

From your PASSION to ours

The Customer Supply Chain Coordinator is accountable for leading all order fulfillment activities to offer customer service support to the company’s sales efforts. This role will be responsible for ensuring customer orders are processed, shipped and invoiced. The Customer Supply Chain Coordinator will serve as the primary liaison between sales personnel, brokers, distributors, customers and various departments and functions to investigate, resolve and respond to issues and questions. This critical role requires interpersonal and problem solving abilities as well as a process orientation to facilitate resolution to both short term and long term service issues

From your STORY to ours

• Manages the full end-to-end order to cash business cycle.
• Ownership of ordering, fulfillment and invoice process including all EDI or manual entries of order data, shipment data and carrier delivery data
• Ensuring release of invoice for timely billing
• Resolving all conflicts with orders, including quantity discrepancies, quality lot information for traceability and pricing issues
• Serve as the interface between the customer, supply chain and sales on order fulfillment and service-related matters Enable support tasks, including efficient, accurate order processing & fulfillment of an assigned account base and serve as a liaison between the customer, outside sales, and internal departments
• Offer solutions to assigned customer accounts based upon specific customer initiatives
• Ensure processes and procedures are in place and executed for ERP maintenance, error reports review/action as well as audit of customer pricing expectations
• Proactively communicate to Buyers daily late deliveries, product cuts, order changes,
• Collaborate with Warehouse & Transportation team members in resolving issues and communicating to appropriate parties
• Support customer and sales teams with issue resolution
• Analyze existing order fulfillment processes for efficiency opportunity improvements
• Monitor customer replenishment scorecard and collaborate to drive improvement
• Ensure accurate and on time delivery performance as measured by Lactalis and customer defined metrics
• Coordinate day to day issue resolution of out of stocks, warehouse issues, carrier’s issues or customer order changes

From your EXPERTISE to ours

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
• 1+ years of Supply Chain Experience in a customer service environment
• Strong communication and inter-personal skills. Ability to collaborate across functions as well as outside the organization with customers and service providers
• Demonstrated strengths in critical thinking, problem solving, issue resolution, and continuous improvement
• ERP experiences, preferably SAP
• Microsoft Office Suite of systems
