Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise in Sunnyvale, CA, is seeking an experienced networking engineer to triage and resolve complex customer issues across multiple channels. You will build and maintain layer 2/3 testbeds, analyze logs, reproduce issues, and work with software teams to drive practical solutions. Strong Wi-Fi and routing expertise are essential.

Qualifications

We are looking for a someone who goes distances to make sure customers are wildly successful. A person who communicates with customers, understands their questions as well as solves complex technical issues. You will become the subject matter expert in Enterprise Wireless and Wired Networks.

Responsibilities

• Ask good questions.

Qualifications

• In-depth Knowledge in Layer 2 and Layer 3 Networking


• In-depth Knowledge in 802.11 Wi-Fi standards


• HPE Router & Switch Certifications is a plus


• Experience level: 8+ years


• BA/BS/MS in EECS or related subject area
