Asana is seeking a Customer Success Manager, Scaled, to partner with our growing Japan customer base to drive adoption, retention, and satisfaction through time-bound engagements and scalable strategies. This Tokyo-based role follows an office-centric hybrid schedule with in-office days and two remote days.
You will collaborate with Sales, Renewals, Support, and Finance to deliver measurable outcomes and long-term value for customers.

This role is based in our Tokyo office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in‑office days are Tuesday, Thursday and one additional day of choice, which may be determined by your team.
