• Background experience in Behavioral Healthcare or in Electronic Medical Records is preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple customer accounts and ensure satisfaction.
• Understand customer needs and priorities and align them with our offerings.
• Manage projects to ensure deliverables are met.
• Hold regular meetings to stay aligned with customer needs.
• Facilitate upsell of added functionality and modules to increase efficiency.
• Maintain customer retention and satisfaction ratings above target (85%+).

Job Summary for the Customer Success Manager

Customer Success Managers are responsible for managing multiple customer accounts to ensure satisfaction, maintain relevant industry and product knowledge, serve as an advocate and voice of the customer and coordinate across teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience. This position will normally work a schedule aligning with Mountain or Central time to support customers in those time zones.
