This is a hybrid role out of our office in Bloomington, MN. On-site expectations are Tuesday-Thursday.

Your Assignment
- Serve as the main point of contact and ambassador for a diverse portfolio of customers.
- Resolve issues quickly and effectively, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Drive customer retention and expansion, growing active locations, users, and order volume.
- Communicate and train customers on new Dispatch products, features, and best practices to drive adoption.
- Partner with Account Managers to maintain revenue run rate and achieve growth targets.
- Leverage customer insights to shape our product roadmap and internal priorities.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and help customers unlock new use cases like Connect, API Integration, Multi-Stop, and Route Optimization.
- Lead business reviews (monthly, quarterly, annual) to keep customers aligned and engaged.
What You Bring To The Team & Dispatch
- 3–5 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or a similar client-facing role.
- A proven track record of revenue growth and retention (Net Dollar Retention, quota attainment).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and comfort navigating ambiguity.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to operate across levels — from executives to technical teams.
- Familiarity with SaaS tools and/or final mile delivery is a big plus.
- Technical comfort with platforms like Looker, HubSpot, Intercom, Jira, and Confluence.
- Experience with or openness to using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity) for analysis, automation, or decision support.
- Alignment with Dispatch’s core values and a drive to deliver results with empathy, transparency, and accountability.
Education
- Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Management, or Marketing preferred

- Compensation: $47-69k depending on experience and qualifications. Potential Bonus Compensation portion of $6,250 per quarter (25k per year)
