Job summary

ProSlide Technology is seeking a Customer Service – Product Engineering specialist for the Eastern United States. The role involves supporting clients of commissioned water slide attractions and coordinating with Product Development, Field Services, Supply Management, Operations Engineering, Project Management and Client Account Management.

You will handle inbound service requests, troubleshoot product operation issues, and advise clients on maintenance best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or technologist in engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years in a similar customer facing role and environment.
• Experience with hands-on activities and using various handheld tools at client sites.
• Experience with end customers via electronic communications and verbal conversations.
• Understanding of DC and AC principles, including motor controls such as VFDs.
• MS Office applications (Excel, Word).
• Interpreting mechanical, electrical, and plumbing drawings.
• Comfortable using E-drawing or SolidWorks to review parts.

Responsibilities

• Handle and acknowledge all incoming customer service requests via the ticket system.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer queries related to product operation and performance.
• Provide guidance on operations and maintenance of commissioned products.
• Support third party contractors for warranty and post-warranty service.
• Represent Customer Service Account Management for project opportunities with clients.
• Lead regional base Ride Commissioning projects, onsite or via supervision.
• Develop SOPs and Work Instructions for department operations.
• Interface with channel partners on resolution of field issues.
• Prepare formal site reports on work completed during commissioning and visits.
• Travel to client sites for engagement opportunities, planned or urgent.
• Support clients on a global basis during peak times.
