Job Description:

This position requires a mixture of excellent project management, problem-solving, advisory, and strong technical skills. The ideal candidate will be comfortable interacting with customers at all levels, working with our engineering teams, and driving technical work-streams. Success will be measured by customer's product usage and adoption, renewal, and expansion.

You will:

1. Lead business and technical design workshops with customers
2. Design, configure, and implement our platform
3. Drive product adoption, usage, and account expansion
4. Ensure customers are wildly successful and renewing and referenceable
5. Be the voice of the customer with engineering, product management, and the rest of the company
6. Support the sales cycle
7. Travel might be required

What you’ll need (Basic Qualifications):

1. Hands-on 8+ years of recent Customer Success Engineer or Professional Services experience implementing an enterprise technology platform
2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
3. Strong technical skills are required. Experience with Linux, Kubernetes, Docker, Python, and encryption technologies like HSM, KMIP, PKI, JCE is preferred
4. Ability to work in a highly fast-paced, rapid growth environment.

Preferred Technical And Professional Expertise:

1. Fundamental understanding of networking and TCP/IP
2. Knowledge of a wide range of technologies:
1. Database (MSSQL, Oracle, Snowflake, MySQL, etc.)
2. Storage
3. Virtualization
4. Containers
5. Network Load Balancers
3. Experience with designing resilient architectures
4. Ability to produce technical documentation
5. Advanced knowledge of Encryption and Key Management
6. Intermediate knowledge of scripting languages

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity, or commissions. The compensation for this role is $105,000 - $180,000 / Year.
