Job Description

This role requires excellent project management, problem-solving, advisory, and technical skills. The ideal candidate will interact with customers at all levels, collaborate with engineering teams, and drive technical initiatives. Success will be measured by product adoption, customer renewal, and expansion.

You will:
  • Lead business and technical design workshops with customers
  • Design, configure, and implement our platform
  • Drive product adoption, usage, and account expansion
  • Ensure customers' success, renewal, and references
  • Represent the customer voice to engineering and product teams
  • Support the sales cycle
  • Travel may be required
Requirements
Basic Qualifications
  • 8+ years of recent experience as a Customer Success Engineer or in Professional Services implementing enterprise technology platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong technical skills; experience with Linux, Kubernetes, Docker, Python, and encryption technologies (HSM, KMIP, PKI, JCE) preferred
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth environment
Preferred Technical and Professional Skills
  • Understanding of networking and TCP/IP
  • Knowledge of various technologies: databases (MSSQL, Oracle, Snowflake, MySQL), storage, virtualization, containers, load balancers
  • Experience designing resilient architectures
  • Ability to produce technical documentation
  • Advanced encryption and key management knowledge
  • Intermediate scripting skills
