Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal and presentations skills.
• Strong MS Office skills with intermediate to advanced excel skills (e.g., pivot tables).
• Ability to read or learn to read and interpret blueprints and compare product details to customer specifications.
• Must be accurate with numbers and order entry.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing and fast paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Interacts daily with assigned accounts through various communication methods.
• Receives approved PO’s and verifies details for accuracy; obtains clarifications when needed.
• Collaborate with purchasing, production, shipping and other departments to meet delivery expectations.
• Provide back-up service to other customer service reps as needed.
• Update ERP with changes to orders and inform customers of delays or solutions.
