ManpowerGroup is seeking a Customer Solutions Representative for a leading manufacturing organization in Kent, WA. You will be part of the Customer Service Department, supporting the Customer Support Team, handling orders, resolving issues, and contributing to sales through cross-selling.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of customer service experience, strong communication, and proficiency with CRM software.

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Customer Solutions Representative to join their team. As a Customer Solutions Representative, you will be part of the Customer Service Department supporting the Customer Support Team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a customer-centric approach which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Customer Solutions Representative

Location: Kent, WA

Pay Range: $22 hourly

Shift: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm
