Job summary

AWS is seeking a Customer Solutions Manager (CSM) to help customers accelerate value creation through business transformation and rapid migrations to the AWS cloud.

You will own end-to-end customer cloud journeys, design strategic roadmaps, engage with IT and business leaders, and lead initiatives across AWS and partner teams to deliver measurable outcomes. This role requires strong leadership and a passion for cloud adoption.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of leading large-scale technical or engineering programs with a proven record of delivering benefits and program completion.
  • 3+ years of work in enterprise IT, vendor, or consulting roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, or related field.

AWS is seeking a Customer Solutions Manager (CSM) who will help customers accelerate value creation across the portfolio through business transformation. The successful candidate will design and rapidly execute strategic migrations to the AWS cloud, build modern, cloud‑native solutions that fulfill their highest ambitions, and work backwards from customer objectives using AWS best practices. In this role, you will earn trust across the customer’s organization, identify strategic opportunities, uncover cloud use cases, establish roadmaps and actionable program plans, capture success criteria, manage a large number of initiatives, orchestrate advanced technical architectures, and establish programmatic governance. You will own and drive execution excellence for the end‑to‑end customer cloud journey that spans IT teams, executives, and business units.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Be a thought leader across Amazon organizations to share knowledge, mentor junior CSMs, and impact industry trends.

Basic Qualifications
  • 5+ years of leading large‑scale technical or engineering programs with a proven record of thought leadership, business case development, realizing customer benefits, and successful program completion.
  • 3+ years of work in enterprise IT, either as a vendor, consultant, or with prior experience managing technical programs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
  • AWS or other cloud certification.
  • Knowledge of the software development/engineering lifecycle from conception to delivery or IT lifecycle.
  • Experience coordinating between project teams and customers to meet unique customer requirements.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
