Job summary

Family Security Plan is seeking dynamic individuals for the role of Customer Solutions Advisor to educate members and recommend affordable, value-driven coverage. You will handle retention calls, use our system tools, and guide callers toward suitable solutions while pursuing a state license.

Qualifications

Life and Health License preferred, but not required; license support will be provided while you obtain licenses.
1-2 years' of experience working in a call center environment (required)
1-3 years of sales experience.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming retention calls efficiently and accurately.
Maintain daily department close ratios.
Efficiently use all systems related to providing service.
Offer members alternative, future payment methods when necessary.
Identify and maximize referral opportunities.
Research and resolve policy holder issues, and drive resolution to avoid escalation.
Enter data and other relevant information into call center database.
Identify opportunities to transfer to licensed sales agents for additional benefits.
During a 90-day period, attain consistent goals before studying for the state insurance exam.
Shadowing and training once the insurance license is obtained.
