Job summary

Fastenal Co. is hiring for a Customer Site Warehouse Support role at our Superior, WI location. This full-time entry level position supports on-site warehouse operations, handling shipments, inventory, and data entry with handheld devices.

Work hours are 7:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday, with potential for schedule flexibility after onboarding and performance goals. As part of a safety-conscious team, you will learn EH&S practices, move products, and participate in continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
• Work independently as well as in a team environment
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule/extra time as needed
• Demonstrate core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork
• Lift, slide, carry and lower packages 25lbs-50lbs, up to 75lbs
• Pass the required drug screen (US, Puerto Rico and Guam)

Working as Full-time Customer Site Warehouse Support, you will facilitate the movement of product through our customer site. This is an entry-level position based out of our branch located at 1 Exodus Dr 155 Main St, Superior, WI 54880. This position may offer a flexible schedule after a period of onboarding, training, and meeting performance goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operating computer programs and wireless hand held devices

REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

• 18 years of age or older, due to the nature of work
• Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
• Work independently as well as in a team environment
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule/extra time as needed

• Lift, slide, carry and lower packages that typically weigh 25lbs-50lbs and may weigh up to 75lbs

PREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

• Possess a current full valid driver's license issued in the country where the job is located (including successful completion of any applicable graduated license program for your state or province) as well as the ability to meet our driving record requirements to use a company vehicle, as needed
• Prior warehouse experience
• Prior experience operating a forklift
