Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Massachusetts LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, process transactions at the register, maintain store cleanliness, stock shelves, and help with unloading trucks while upholding security of cash and company assets.

This part-time, on-site role in Holbrook, AZ requires a high school diploma or equivalent and retail or customer service experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.
