Horizon Distributors, Inc. in Virginia is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to serve as the face of our sales center. You will assist walk-ins and calls, recommend products, and support warehouse operations.

You will handle orders, maintain inventory, and provide exceptional service while coordinating with teammates. This full-time role offers regular hours and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-service attitude and ability to engage customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in and phone customers, understanding their needs.

• Receive, ship, and perform general warehouse duties including RF scanner use.
