Ewing Outdoor Supply in San Leandro, CA is seeking dependable, customer‑focused team members to join our operations team. This role combines delivery, customer service, and warehouse duties in a fast-paced, family‑owned environment.

No prior landscape experience is required; we provide world‑class training. Ideal candidates can lift 50–75 lbs, drive safely, and work well with a team to serve contractors and professionals.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50–75lbs regularly.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors.
• An eagerness to work as a team and deliver world-class customer service.
• Spanish bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Delivery and Transportation: Load and unload materials using company delivery vehicles while following all safety protocols.
• Deliver customer materials to local job sites with world-class customer service upon arrival.
• Customer Service & Sales: Greet customers, answer calls, field questions, and build customer relationships.
• Assist customers in selecting landscape materials, outdoor supplies, and irrigation product recommendations.
• Warehouse & Yard Operations: Pull, stage, and load customer orders (stone, soil, mulch, hardscape materials).
• Maintain a clean, organized, well-stocked warehouse and yard and follow safety standards.
• Inventory Management: Receive and stock deliveries and transfers.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy checks.

This role supports the day-to-day operationsin a fast-paced wholesale environment serving contractors and industry professionals.Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
