Job summary

Europcar Mobility Group is seeking Ready Line and Return Agents to deliver a welcoming experience for customers and ensure smooth vehicle readiness and inspections.

Two roles are described: Return Agent handling inspections and documentation, and Ready Line Agent ensuring vehicles are clean, prepped, and ready for pick-up. Strong customer service and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license and high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly customer-service mindset.
• Ability to explain charges and rental details clearly to customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet returning customers warmly and create a positive first impression.
• Inspect vehicles for damage, mileage, fuel level; secure keys and remove belongings.
